PURCHASING A USAW ATHLETE CARD

All participants are required to have a USA Card. USA Cards can be obtained online at the TGA website: http://www.teamgeorgiawrestling.com.    Make sure you list “CMP Wrestling” as your wrestling club. Please print an extra copy to turn in for our records.

1. Once you are on the site, look and click the menu “Memberships.”  Then click “Purchase Cards.”
2. Then select one of the two:

I)      New Card Purchase

II)      Renew Current Card

I) For New Card Purchases:

1. If you clicked “New Card Purchase,” fill out the following information for the wrestler: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Disabled (Yes or No), Ethnicity (you do not have to provide this you prefer not), Address 1 & 2, City, Zip, Email, Main Phone, Alt Phone, Select all styles of wrestling you are associated with (CMP Wrestling will be associated with Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco), Club (choose “CMP Wrestling“), Grade, Weight, and Parent Contact Data: Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, and Parent Email.  After filling in the “Parent Contact Data,” there is a “Release and Wavier of Liability” document. Please read it carefully. Afterwards, click the box of acceptance to be able to proceed.  Then click “Purchase USA Athlete Card Membership.”
2. If you are purchasing a New Card for a wrestler, the final step is to provide your payment information: First Name and Last Name (as it appears on your credit card), Card Number, Expiration Date, and Mailing Address (Street Address, City, State, Zip Code).  After you finish this step, click “Purchase USA Athlete Card Membership.”  Print an extra copy to turn in for our records.
3. If you have purchased a new USA card, you will be assigned a temporary card number of “GAW######.”  It will take 7-14 days for this number to be changed to your permanent USA card number.   This process will happen automatically.

II) To Renew Current Card:

1. If you clicked “Renew Current Card,” a box should have popped up.  Type in your USA Member ID (USA Card Number) then click “Continue to Purchase.”
2. Verify the following information: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Disabled (Yes or No), Ethnicity (you do not have to provide this you prefer not), Address 1 & 2, City, Zip, Email, Main Phone, Alt Phone, Select all styles of wrestling you are associated with (CMP Wrestling will be associated with Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco), Club (choose “CMP Wrestling“), Grade, Weight, and Parent Contact Data: Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, and Parent Email.  After filling in the “Parent Contact Data,” there is a “Release and Wavier of Liability” document. Please read it carefully.  Afterwards, click the box of acceptance to be able to proceed.  Then click “Purchase USAW Membership Card.”
3. Fillout the following information for the wrestler: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Disabled (Yes or No), Ethnicity (you do not have to provide this you prefer not), Address 1 & 2, City, Zip, Email, Main Phone, Alt Phone, Select all styles of wrestling you are associated with (CMP Wrestling will be associated with Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco), Club (choose “CMP Wrestling“), Grade, and Weight. After filling in the “Weight,” There is a “Release and Wavier of Liability” document. Please read it carefully. Afterwards, click the box of acceptance to be able to proceed. Then click “Purchase USAW Membership Card.”
4. If you are Renewing a Current Card, the final step is to provide your payment information: First Name and Last Name (as it appears on your credit card), Card Number, Expiration Date, and Mailing Address (Street Address, City, State, Zip Code).  After you finish this step, click “Purchase USA Athlete Card Membership.”  Print an extra copy to turn in for our records.
